Part of your strategy- Sign up your grocery numbers at Upromise:
Upromise pays you each time you buy groceries. Heres how: Just type in your "Preferred" or "Fresh Values" number at Upromise. After that, you'll earn money each time you shop at Albertsons or Smiths. Upromise automatically sets up a real college savings account, owned by you, on behalf of your child(ren). Since it works through your store loyalty number, Upromise deposits money automatically for each item you buy from a long list of manufacturers. (There are tons of manufacturers like Nestle, Nalley, Benedryl, etc.) YOU NEVER HAVE TO GIVE UPROMISE ANY MONEY! Think about it: a few cents per item really adds up over 20 years of grocery shopping. **IMPORTANT: Before you go there, have a recent store receipt ready. IT WILL HAVE YOUR LOYALTY NUMBER printed on it. (This is NOT the same as your phone number.) If you have a recent store receipt, click here to sign up your grocery loyalty numbers at Upromise.

Trouble printing coupons? Try this solution: Switch browsers. For some reason Internet Explorer can be buggy when it comes to printing coupons. Even our webmaster has coupon printing problems with Internet Explorer. We strongly recommend you use Firefox with Google Toolbar as your browser when printing coupons. It's absolutely FREE, It's more secure and it just WORKS. -You'll still be able to use Internet Explorer as usual!

Featured question:
"How many Sunday newspapers do I need each week to get enough coupons?"
Our answer:
Rule of thumb: 1 Sunday newspaper per person in your household. You should be "stocking-up", but only on the hottest deals each week that YOUR family will consume. Over time, your storage or pantry needs to develop a wide VARIETY of items.

Filing coupons inside a hanging file box is even easier than using a binder with sleeves! Just use 4 "large capacity" hanging file folders (2 or 3 inch "box-bottom" hanging files). Now you can keep 5 months worth all together (-Impossible with a 1 inch binder). You still shop with only a "Shopping sleeve", just keep it in the front of your box.
